Who Takes These Workshops?

Individuals interested in sharpening their EQ skills!

Our participants tend to be a little on the anxious, introverted, “overthinking” side and thus enjoy having a small, safe group in which to explore these topics - though we’ve had plenty of extroverts, too.

We also tend to have a 50/50 split of men and women, and while our average participants tends to be millennial aged, participants have spanned in age from 22-65, so anyone is welcome.

These workshops and the coaching sessions are especially helpful for people feeling “stuck” in their lives, or who are ready to move on to the next level or stage of work, relationships, or general happiness.

The workshops are designed to help you learn tools for working through adversity while learning to appreciate and become more confident in your own strengths and abilities.

The small group sessions help you connect with others both in and outside the workshop, so if you’re looking to improve your interpersonal relationships, they will certainly be helpful.

These workshops are specifically for:

  • People struggling with resentment in their relationships who want tools & practice around setting boundaries.

  • People who want to improve their communication skills.

  • People who want to feel more connected to their friends, families, and partners.
